All items are sent out within 3 working days of order being received. Skin Nectar makes small batches every few days from fresh ingredients.  Posting options are as follows:

Royal Mail first class - £3:00

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next day delivery: £6.95 - items ordered after 2pm may be sent out the next day. Items ordered by 2pm will be sent out same day. This service begins on the 5 July 2011.

International: £10.95

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your product, you may return it and receive a refund.

You must return your product within 5 working days of receiving it.  Product must be in perfect condition and unused. Although Skin Nectar understands that customers may want to take a sniff of the product on receipt, refunds will only be given if the lids have been kept securely on the product at all other times.
